Refund policy

Kindred Nest

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we do not accept general returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We will offer a replacement or refund in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • There is a clear manufacturing defect

To request a replacement or refund, please email us at cretaradar@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund. We are unable to offer returns or refunds for:

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Incorrect size ordered

Each item is unique-slight variations in color or pattern may occur.
